We’re heading out of town Thursday afternoon for a wedding, so my shopping list was extremely light this week! No farmers market, just a few items from Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.
Breakfast: Cereal with fruit
Lunch: Sandwiches and grilled cheese*
Snacks: Pretzels (leftover from last week), fruit
Dinner: Mac and cheese with chicken sausage and green beans**, Trader Joe’s quinoa cowboy burgers with egg and chorizo***

Sunday night: Leftovers galore from eating out all weekend
Monday night: Dinner out with friends
Tuesday night: Mac and cheese w/ chicken sausage and green beans
Wednesday night: Quinoa cowboy burgers w/ egg and chorizo
*We have a lot of leftover cheese from grilled cheese last week, so repurposing that and the bread to make sandwiches for lunch. Deli turkey for the husband, along with some cucumbers and swiss cheese.
**We love the Banza mac and white cheddar. Adding in some sliced chicken sausage and green beans on the side so I have something green to eat. I’ll end up snacking on the raw green beans before I actually make this though…
***LOVE Trader Joe’s quinoa cowboy burgers. We fry or scramble eggs to put on top and adding some chorizo this week too. They’re also great topped with avocado, beans, cheese…yum!
