I bought the Healthyish cookbook last weekend and am officially in love. Searching for online recipes is fun for me, but nothing compares to a good cookbook with every page dog-ear worthy.
It’s full of simple, filling, and mostly healthy recipes. I appreciate healthy food but can’t get on board with never eating bread, or pasta, or sweets… that would be a terrible life for me. This book has breakfast, lunch, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dinners, and sweets recipes, all leaning towards the healthy side without going overboard.
I would highly recommend checking it out!
